Westchester/Dutchess/Hudson River Catering Halls

Hi!

So one of my BMs just got engaged (yay!!) and she's looking at venues north of the city. She wants a 'tuscan' type theme and somewhere around the hudson, but not much further north than Dutchess county.

Any suggestions?
