We asked our Mayan tour guide in Mexico about the whole 2012 thing and he made it seem like it was a crock. Media takes things and tries to scare us with it. They skew it around. He said its nothing like the way they portray it.
I have to agree that if this were 'set in stone true' the world would be way more messed up than it currently is. Nothing we are experiencing is new - it is just that the world has not been so linked as it is today. I just can't take something seriously that has its own merchandising campaign and on-line store.

I dont buy it- but just in case I'm wrong, I plan to live it up between now & then lol
