Reason I ask is mine is dying........ I have a feeling in the next 2 months Im going to have to get a new one. So, what kind you do you have? Do you like it? Is it good on gas?

***** on gas, but I love it. 2006 Cadillac CTS.
Fits my 5'10' body. My lease is up on December and I'm torn between buying it outright, leasing a new one, or getting something entirely new.

we have the chevy equinox. we both absolutely LOVE our car. it's mini s.u.v-ish...it's great 'cause it's awesome on the rough roads(snow rain etc.) like a truck, but the ride is SOO smooth like a car. Very highly rated for safety too. everyone who gets in always compliments on how nice it rides makes me feel safe, and DH & i both love it ...ours is white...they're all really nice though...the black one is sharp lookin!

I was looking at the Dodge website and they have a brand new suv-ish thing coming out.....the JOURNEY It looks nice but not so sure if i want to by a brand brand new car you know?

My car is SO BAD on gas that I won't even recommend it. It's 75 to fill the tank & I get like 15 miles per gallon. And it's not even an SUV.
ETA - I LOVE my car & its nice & safe & pretty. Just really a drain on the wallet.
(I don't want to sound like a total brat in case DH is snooping )

it's such a great car ..and DEFINETLY look into the all wheel drive. i love it!
I love our car. We got a great price on it and were able to get a lot of the bells and whistles which we didn't think wopuld be in our budget. The mileage is great I fill up once a week for $45. I was able to drive it from Richmond Virginia to my house in Bay Shore on one tank of gas. The only annoying thing about it is evertime i get an oil change i have to buy a filter at the dealer. if you buy a filter from anywhere else the warranty is affected. Luckily it is synthetic oil so the changes are not as frequent.

I have a minivan with two sets of capt seats and a dvd system....Cons well its a minivan lol and not so great on gas...Pro my nine year old is over 5 feet tall and fits nice and comfy and will for some time and when both my boys ( 7 & 9) are in the capts seats they cant touch eachother !!!!!!!!!!

Inifiniti G35. I love it, it's fast, it's a hot ride but it is totally impractical. I can fit like 3 grocery bags in it, it eats gas like nobody's business, is horrendous in rain and undriveable in the snow, and it will have to go when there are kids in the picture. There is no way a car seat can go in the backseat of that. But if you are into impractical, it's the way to go!

i have my sisterr in law car , she wasnt able to park around where she lives(job change) but it a 2005 honda civic , it good on gas.

Oh, my last car was a Honda Accord & I LOVED IT. AWESOME on gas & very safe & dependable. I got into a 5 car collision & I was the only one not totaled,

I have a Ford Explorer and a Buick Century....def. love the Buick more..they are awesome on gas. SUVs just burrrn right through gas....grr
