Reason I ask is mine is dying........ I have a feeling in the next 2 months Im going to have to get a new one. So, what kind you do you have? Do you like it? Is it good on gas?

I have a 2006 Mazda 6 (V6 hatchback) and looooove it. I find its very good on gas for a v6.
DH has a 2005 Mazda 3 and he loves his, and also very good on gas.
Mazdas are GREAT cars. Very reliable and the styling is great.

08 Jetta all options and I love it! It's pretty good on gas too DH has a 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac and that is the gas guzzler

i have a mitsubishi galant and i love it... its great on gas rides nice and smooth and it wasnt that expensive

We have a '05 Honda Pilot and '05 Honda Accord. The pilot is horrible with gas but very safe and I love it!! The accord is great with gas and I love it too! lol. We are definitely a Honda family!

I have 04 Envoy (LOVE IT)....It is good on gas mileage. I have a 22 gallon tank
DH has a 06 Nissan Sentra for work but we will be getting rid of that in the fall for a Acura TL. The Sentra is great on gas especially since DH drives to NJ & NYC daily.

2006 Toyota Matrix....LOVE it!!! The thing cost like $18k...my model has All Wheel Drive which is great in rain/snow and gets like 30 mpg!
The rear seats fold flat so you can fit a ton of stuff in it...i downsized from a small SUV and am soooo much happier with this car...plus routine maintenance is cheap.
I love our car. We got a great price on it and were able to get a lot of the bells and whistles which we didn't think wopuld be in our budget. The mileage is great I fill up once a week for $45. I was able to drive it from Richmond Virginia to my house in Bay Shore on one tank of gas. The only annoying thing about it is evertime i get an oil change i have to buy a filter at the dealer. if you buy a filter from anywhere else the warranty is affected. Luckily it is synthetic oil so the changes are not as frequent.
I use to have a 2005 Wolfsburg before I got this car!!! I that car!!! UNfortunately VW are so expensive to fix and as soon as the warranty was finished it started falling apart! we spent like$2,000 in 3 weeks So I had to trade it in!!!

I have a 2008 Mazda CX-7!!!
I LOVE IT!!! DH got it for me as a wedding present 3 weeks before the wedding because my beloved VW was circling the hole!!!
DH Had a Mazda Speed 6!
WE are a ZOOM-ZOOM family!!
Edited to add: For a cross over ehicle the gas is pretty good I can get like 25 miles/galon on the highway. BUT....IT takes premium because it is turbo charged

I have Lexus ES330, and DH has a Mercedes CL and a Bonneville ... Lexus is ok on gas. Takes like 60 to fill it up... Mercedes is terrible; its more of a sports car. The bonneville is old and beat up; thats just his winter car... lol.

I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla S!! I LOVE my car! I just got it last year when I traded in my 00 Chevy Blazer. My car is awesome on gas! I get like 35 MPG!!! DH has a 98 Camry! Toyotas are awesome! DH also used to work at Toyota!!

2007 Honda Fit...I looooove my little Miss Fit. This is a pic when I first got it...in front of our old icky apartment building. It looks small but it is soooo roomy inside...the seats do all kinds of different things- it's awesome!!! Very good on gas, though the tank is small. I just love how it rides! Sooo affordable too! And you can't beat Hondas- they are so reliable!

I have an '07 Honda Civic Hybrid. Excellent on gas I can get about 350 - 400 miles before I have to fill up. It averages 39 MPG from what the gauge says. It is also affordable.
DH on the other hand has the worst gas guzzler a '03 Nissan Xterra. We are looking again for another car in a month or so and might stay in the hybrid family. Love the new Saturn VUE and that comes in hybrid and same concept.
