What do you wear to bed?

DH was teasing me bc of my flannel duckie pajamas.

Okay we live in an UNINSULATED attic apartment and it is VERY cold in here. . . seriously my nose is freezing right now.

i have adorable lingerie that i havent been able to wear since the HM and at first i really tried to wear those cute VS pajamas with the camis and the sleep shirts etc. but its SO COLD

so, am i an old fart or am i normal? i swear once it gets warmer i will wear something cuter - UNLESS he blasts the AC then it is flannels year round!

usually just underwear and tank top. it's way too hot in our apt. so this is year round.
i have lots of lingerie too but i get sooo lazy about shaving, i havent worn anything cute in months!

when i lived alone i always wore a tank and undies to sleep, but when i moved in w/ DH, he really liked it when i slept naked, so that's how we sleep now. if it's really really cold, i'll put on pjs, but that's very rare. i actually feel weird now when i sleep in pjs.

i always wear sweats and t-shirt in the winter...
summer is always shorts and a tee

im boring..but its comfy!!

ps: it helps MAJORLY that we finally booted the dogs out of the bed! we have two and they slept in bed with us every night....then i saw a whole special on tv about how gross it is(u dont even wanna KNOW all the info!) and we booted them right away...the doggies were upset the first two nights, but now their so used to it they hop right onto their bed when the lights go out. sometimes i wanna bring them in but seriously - it was the BEST thing we ever did!

ok now you HAVE to tell me!

and i would LOVE to have a down comforter but DH *hates* what i have on the bed now

he could not understand why i had a sheet AND one of those microfleece blankets on the bed he said i was 'trying to pretend to be a hotel' on his disgusting bed he just had the bottom sheet and rolled up blankets all around and he NEVER changed his sheets

i tried to explain to him that the bottom AND top sheet AND pillow cases come in a set so its not like i invented how to make the bed

he calls it part of my 'guinea rules'

We are cheap and keep the heat at 58 if it is really cold i allow it to be raised to 60 so I sleep in the sexiest pajama pants and a hooded sweatshirt. Most of the time I sleep in a tank and pajama pants. Even in the summer I wear pajama pants I don't like my legs touching each other it makes me itchy.

LOL that is too funny! my DH was the same way before! just his bottom sheet & then blankets...and he NEVER changed the sheet or his pillow case...seriously gross. I used to tell him his sheets could probably get up & walk away lol. but once i got the lightweight down - he got used to it & now loves it the key is to NOT get a full weight down...then it's like an oven. but the lightweight is so nice!

ps: the dog stuff is just gross.... i watched a whole special about their 'mites' and 'bacteria' that just get all over the bed & into the mattress. then our dogs had a minor flea episode and that was the end of it. DH still makes fun of me 'cause i wripped all the sheets off & was vacumming the matress at 2in the morning but seriously - they showed pictures & microscope feeds of all the little mites, bacteria & dander that just gets ALL OVER. TOTALLY grossed me out. anytime i get the urge to bring them in & snuggle I just remind myself about it all & it's not even a thought!

I wear sweats and pj's around the house, but when I sleep it's all natural. I LOVE my flannel pj's and can NOT live without them. I try to wear sexy things but Joe just laughs and tells me he thinks i'm the sexiest in his old ARMY tee-shirts and boy short underware

hmmm i thought i was going to have to convince DH to kick Brutus out of the bed BUT i mentioned it tonight and he said no problem!! i am shocked that is his baby LOL

so starting tonight we are going to try to go to bed with Brutus in his own bed. . . he usually listens so i hope its not too hard!

i have to try the sleeping nude thing i have never done it- i am paranoid about having to like run out of hte house or something HA HA one of my many phobias that you girls will come to know! LOL

In the winter I usually wear sweats or pajama pants with a t-shirt & sweatshirt. Not sexy at all, but I'm always cold so no naked sleeping for me. For Christmas DH actually bought me a pair of flannel pajamas and a huge fluffy robe, so I guess he doesn't mind that I look like a dork when it's time for bed!
