yalll making me hunry

we had teriyaki chicken & broccoli and garlic mashed- I know I should have served rice but dh really wanted mashed potatoes- he's so odd - he's having leftovers tonight since I am going out with the girls

I have the recipe at home- I can send it to you tomorrow- but its with low salt soy sauce, cooking sherry, ground ginger, the 5 spice asian seasoning & I forget what else goes into it

absolutely no clue yet and i almost done with all the meat we have. I have 1 piece of steak left and just very few pieces of chicken. After making sauce with sausage, pork and oxtails, then shrimp yesterday, chicken franchaise this week, steak before that, i am almost out of meat so have to go get something.

I am in the mood for cornish hens though

stuffed turkey breast (from uncle Giuseppe's)
oven roasted potatoes
fresh string beans
