Same as my mom's and that was my Grand Fathers nick name for my Grandma. Her real name was Cologeda, which went to Lily which went to Lee lol
Mine is Lee too. My Grandmother's Name was Lilly. My mom and sister also have the same middle name. My sister opted to give my niece Lilly as her middle name.

my mothers middle name is ellen
my fathers middle name is edward
and my brothers middle name is edward (he's my mothers son and was 2 when my parents met)
so we all have 'e' middle initials.
even more weird..
mom: margaret e gal. aka peggy e gal = P.E.G (nick name)
me: Megan e gal = M.E.G (my name abriv)
Dad: Kevin e gal= K.E.G (my dad likes beer
)Brother: James e gal= J.E.G (my brother is into cars, he was a mechanic and restores old ones.. jegs is a auto parts company)
