Since I am at work I figured let's talk about our dream jobs- you know the ones you always wished you could have or think you would be great at but never got a chance to do. I have a few. I was a theatre major in College so, of course, performing is my dream but I would not like the rejection based life style. But if I could pick and chose my roles then that would be great I would also really like to develop story lines for shows like Dawson's Creek. I love my teen angst shows and they need my help, if you have seen any recent Dawson's you would probably agree

hmmm...good question....i love traveling and i love food so i think i would like to have one of those cool shows on the food network where you travel all over the world and cook/taste different cuisines and learn all about other cultures...

Sometimes I wish I was a store owner of a store that sells cutsy little chachkas. I often enjoy looking at them, but hate them once they're in my house, b/c they cause clutter... But I love going to those stores.
From a more practical career option, I would like try doing market research sometimes, and design questionares that would help consumer companies identify which products the people would like to have and why? I don't know how to get into this type of career.

My dream job was always to work in the medical profession. So, after 14 years of working for the same company I finally got the guts up to quit now I am going to school full-time for nursing. I HATED the corporate world.
It has been an adjustment but in the end will be so worth it.

To be a the scientific consultant on shows like CSI and other forensic based shows. I have a masters in forensic anthropology and would love to be the person that works on the script development to make sure it is scientifically accurate.

Hmmm ... dream job - that's a good but yet hard question for me to answer. Anything creative and/or one that involves kids. I can range from anywhere to an actress/model (don't I wish) to a children's book author. I always wanted to write a children's book ... maybe I will one day.

Just a quick note on traveling all the time for work: I used to travel almost 2 week per month and let me tell you it gets old quick. Living out of a suitcase, never being home is not as great as it sounds. I didn't mind at the time because I was in a relationship that was not so great and being away was better than being home, but now I wouldn't leave Scott that often, or my kitty.

I would like to have one of those nice stores that sells invites and favors. I was really impressed with the place we got our wedding invites from and would love to do something like that.

My dream job is to create & host a home improvement/decorating TV show with my husband! Most of the shows that are on do not teach average people what they need to know & they NEVER show worst case scenarios! Some of things we design & build blow away the stuff on TV. Someday if we ever have gobs of extra money we'll produce our own cable show.
