Since I am at work I figured let's talk about our dream jobs- you know the ones you always wished you could have or think you would be great at but never got a chance to do. I have a few. I was a theatre major in College so, of course, performing is my dream but I would not like the rejection based life style. But if I could pick and chose my roles then that would be great I would also really like to develop story lines for shows like Dawson's Creek. I love my teen angst shows and they need my help, if you have seen any recent Dawson's you would probably agree

My dream job? To be at home all day taking care of the house and my husband. Maybe have a little side job to keep me busy and maybe do some volunteer work with animals.
I hate having to get up and go to work every day, even though I love my job.

If I was really dreaming: Martha Stewart's job A florist shoe designer, where I get to keep all the shoes
Really tho' to teach college, I would love to teach marketing or business principles, business law
If that does not work out, I would love to do what I do on a voluntary basis, help women get in to the workforce, where by I assist them with resume writing, improve on computer skills, interviewing skills etc. I love to help people. I love doing it on a voluntary basis, but it would be nice to be paid to do something you enjoy.
My last dream job would be to be a gym instructor to teach aerobics

My dream job would be to work as a stylist (clothing) to celebrities or a fashion buyer.
or DH and I were thinking we should try to pitch a show idea to the travel channel or at least for Arthur Froemmers...and travel together and put it in a show OR write it in one of those Froemmers books...
we both need to lose 20 pounds if we are going to be on TV though...

To be a nurse. Which I am going to go to school for after I am married.

Reality: Maybe to coincide with my real job, I could be a technichal assistant for HBO's Six Feet Under!! I LOVE being a funeral director, so I would never change that!
Fantasy: And I could definately see myself being a celebrity hairstylist!! Back to my first job as a hairdresser!! I LOVE to do fancy updos & things!!!

I know this sounds weird, but I always wanted to be an archeologist. I LOVE watching the Discovery Channel about Egypt, and especially dinosaurs.

I have to add this b/c it cracks me up.
My husband always says his dream job is to be the guy who works on 'Showtime at the Apollo' that gets to kick the guests off - you know the one who dresses in the wacky outfits and tap dances people off the stage. Hee Hee

To open up a dance studio with my kid sister. I used to teach and dance myself and its something i have always wanted to do. I may still try to go for it!

stacedz I don't think medical publishing would be my forte! I was thinking more along the lines of women's fiction! But I work in marketing for the music industry...we see tons of CD designers!

My goal is to be a stay at home mom. Or I'd want to be a teacher or child psychologist. I've always wanted to have a small daycare in my home. I also want to open a doggy bakery with a park and play area for dogs(I would love to have my dog at work with me all day!)

Jenny11.9- I've worked in publishing for 7 years and worked for a romance novel publisher--let me know if you want to pursue it--I still have connections! My dream job is to open my own glass-blowing studio in Iceland. That or run a farm in Scotland and become a shepard. Humble goals....
