What about a nice tie (if he wears them to work) or check out sharper image. They always have fun gadgets that are out of the norm.

what about something small from things remembered in the roosevelt mall - they have beautiful things that can be engraved. tie clip, money clip, bus. card holder, etc. they are also in sunrise mall.

Good lord, what does he like??? My husband is like a little kid. I always tell him is a dream come true for all ad agencies. Everything he sees a commercial for some new toy, he wants it. Like a little kid. Shopping for him is soooo easy. Seeing how difficult it could be, I am going to stop rolling my eyes everytime he starts a sentence with 'you know what I want...'
How about his car? Maybe you can get it detailed for him. I am running out of 'guy' gifts. Or tickets to some sporting event that is more reasonable than Super Bowl tickets. Yankee tickets are on sale already.

I cant buy him tickets for anythign b/c his on call schedule is unpredicable.
I cant do anythign to his car b/c he plans on getting a new one soon. No point in bothering spending money on this one.
He does not appreciate anything personalized plus he doenst carry a wallet or a money clip or anything.
For all you girls how have gimme, gimme husbands..thank your lucky stars. My husband just buys himself everythign he wants.

We are splitting the cost on a getaway I still might get him something sweet, that man loves chocolate. I might get him a cup, with chocolate and hot cocoa in it. I am also bringing our mini fondue set with chocolate and strawberries to wine and dine him. He will be shocked. Let's hope I remember the tea lights

Steph - I feel for you b/c I am in the same boat. My DH is absolutely impossible to buy for. Nothing excites him.
Like you I'm reading all these wonderful suggestions thinking he'll hate every one of them.
I may just go back to the bake shop we used for the wedding and have them make me a little 'mini' cake b/c we really loved ours and lord knows my man loves to eat. I figure that is something that he'll like and its sweet (no pun intended).

We usually go out to dinner. He usually gets me flowers and I usually get him a little something, just a thought. He doesnt like candy, etc either.

Ok this may sound a little high school but what about a cd mix..does he listen to music? My DH and I both love listening to music at work on on the commute so we still make each other mixes... does he download music..you coudl get an mp3 player.. What about games...like a set of poker chips or a dartboard.... Does he drink coffee? maybe a neat cofee maker wiht some coffee he likes... Not sure if that helped at all..Good Luck!

He has a bunch of CDs he listens to and he pretty much plays them 1000x times. Hes not much into new stuff.
He has an MP3. He has a dartboard (that is still in its box 5 years later), he has poker chips (which i got him and he really likes but he never uses b/c they are 'too nice').
But the coffee idea is a good one - but with tea. He drinks tea from England which I have no clue how to get short of going to England to get it (which is how i got it the last time). Anyone have an idea how I can get English Breakfast (from England) tea bags? The stores in NYC only sell it loose.

Wow..your hubby is hard to shop for =)..But i am excited about the tea idea...Woohoo tea..I am a big tea girl myself and it is hard in a world of coffee drinkers! You could get him a nice cozy tea mug to go with it and last time i was in crate they had some neat small tea accessories...

Oh no, i dont remember the brand name! Its a green box that I would recognize if I saw the photo. It has two names like Smith & Jones but with different name. Oh no!
BBC doesnt have it, Trader Joes and Tea&Sympathy doesnt have it. I know its fairly popular b/c I bought a huge box for him on my last trip to London at the airport. So it must be fairly popular. Anyone know anything about tea?

Not two names, but two words, is this it? (I know it's Irish breakfast tea, but it's made by an english company, their english breakfast tea is in a red box)
And it's probably not Twinings, that's available in most grocery stores...

It is probably Fortnum & Mason - I got that for my mom when I went to London. She's a big tea drinker.
