I have a horrible lip biting habit where I twist my face in all sorts of directions to bite the skin off the insides of my mouth and lips. I also peel them sometimes and it looks like I have cold sores because of it. I wish I could stop!

I pick the nail polish off my nails dh hates it so much when I do that

I chew on my pens. it is disgusting and I cant stop. I don't even notice when I am doing it and I have been doing it since I was in elementary school. It is so embarassing at work, I have to grab a new pen before I go to meetings so no one sees my nasty chewed up ones.

picking my face. it's awful. DH and all my friends try to stop me when they see me do it but I just can't seem to stop for good. it's almost OCD because once I start on a spot I can't stop.

Biting my lips biting my nails ....and peeling dead skin! I dont know what it is, but if I see dead skin (even on DH) i HAVE to peel it off.

I love to peel skin too! I just spent an hour in the bathroom peeling my shoulder!

i am soooooooooooooooooooo messy I cant control it i just leave a trail wherever i go.
Now that i am married i am trying to be neater. i have always been messy since i was a kid
