Re: Where are ya all?!

hiya col!

I have a receipe for you!!!

Turkey Meatloaf

1lb of ground turkey (i'm assuming you can substitue for ground chicken...i know you're a chicken girl)
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
'squirt' of ketchup
'dash' of worchestire (sp?)
2 eggs

bake on 350 for 45-60 mins in a 9x5 loaf pan

I made it tonight - it was moist and pretty tasty!

Re: Where are ya all?!

Ya, I kinda skimped out a bit because I was sooooo sleepy while cooking - there is definitely room to enhance my baseline meatloaf! It was pretty good though so I'm sure it will be way better when I'm not sleep-cooking!
