I just decided that we need to get away this spring. No clue where so I was wondering if you guys had any ideas. WE need to relax but neither of us can handle more than a day of purely a pretty place - I need stuff to do!
We dont like to return to places we have already been so here is a list of has beens:

Lisat: Is 4-5 days in Costa Rica enough? I dont want to take too long of a trip.
Did you use a travel agent or a website to help you plan? I dont know too much about it but it sounds great.

I did it myself for the most part. Got a bunch of recommendations from friends and researched online. We were there for 2 weeks so we got to travel around for a bit. 4-5 days is pretty tight, since you do need some time to get from one place to another, but its do-able. You'll have to prioritize what you want to see, as you wan't be able to get it all in.
We drove to Arenal (I think it was 3-4 hours), so that may be tough for you. But there are short flights to Osa and Manuel Antonio.
All the places I mentioned have websites, and most of those have instructions on how to get there.
