I ordered a fresh mozzarella sandwich with roasted peppers and onions for lunch.
The sandwich came w/ no cheese. I called the stupid place and they told me they were out of mozzarella. I asked why they didn't tell me when I ordered and/ or called me so I could change my order. 'No idea.' I talked to the manager and asked for my money back and he said, 'But you got your food.'
I hate the SPICY PICKLE. I will NEVER order from there ever again.
OOOH I would be pissed!!!!! and demand that they bring me something else and I would give them back their cheeseless sandwich!!!

WOW! Thats ridiculous! Id drop it back off. And to top it off the sandwich looks pretty skimpy. Also arent the onions supposed to be cooked? Well i know where i go it is?

I once ordered a Chicken Parm Hero and they delivered me a VEAL Parm. Grossssss!!!! So I called and they had to bring me another hero. I really hope they didn't get pissed and do something nasty to it. lol. I guess it doesn't matter if they did - as long as I never find out.
