Since we are on the baby topic.....We are not TTC, yet, but I am PETRIFIED of the whole birthing experience! Is it just me??
I am a big baby, and I fear that I am going to freak out w/ all the procedures in delivering.
Don't get me wrong, I cannot wait to be a Mommy, LOL, I just wish it was like when my Mom gave birth....they put her out, and when she came too, I was all pretty & clean in my pink blanket! LOL

I definitely am PETRIFIED of giving birth.
I am afraid of all needles, and pass out when I get shots at the doctor's office.
Birth will have to wait until MEN can pop 'em out!

Ok so I gave birth a couple weeks ago and I would like to say OUCH!!! I loved the Eppi till it ran out when it came time to push . I found the pushing part the easiest. Once the legs are up the pressure isn't that bad and you just get down to business. I will admit however next kid will be a c-section.

I'm very scared!!!!
I've assisted about 100 women during labor (during my OB/GYN rotation as a Medical Student) and ALL but ONE scared the sh*t out of me!!! All the yelling, blood, pain etc..... UGH!!!
The only one that was ok with the whole process was so easy going b/c this was her 5th child!
With all that said - I plan on having two babies and pray that my labor is just as easy on me as it was for my Mommy She says I poped out within a few min of the onset of her contractions and she didn't feel a thing!!!!

I'm right there with you! Irrationally afraid of needles - though I'm hoping my fear of needles may help with pregnancy as much as it did when I got my wisdom teeth out; I focussed on the needles instead of what was really painful and was able to ignore the entire surgery.
