And people wonder why their houses aren't getting a lot of traffic ....

So many of these houses are so old and gross and not taken care of at all .... they haven't updated anything in 30 years, they've kept up every picture they've ever hung/put out ... or the renovations are half asssed ....

Sounds like my Grandmother's house we plan to sell in the future.
It is Falling apart.
I feel bad, that I am not there taking care of it.

Oh yeah Val by the way my Parents live there, so that is part of their Self-Fishness.

Sounds like it took him long enough to figure it out!

Its called STAGING, people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I'm also spoiled, because I've been watching so much HGTV lately .... all these shows where they come in, spend like $2k and clean up all the cr@p, and make it sell-able.

No to mention the shows with the designers. I Candace Olsen, I want to hire her to decorate my house.
