Where are you looking ?

Mainly the south shore of Nassau county ... to try and not have a crazy commute. I work in Oceanside, DH works in Valley Stream.

Right now DH could walk to work if he wanted, its about a 15 minute walk. He drives though, even in nice weather He likes his sleep in the morning!!

The only reason we can even think of buying a house in the near future is b/c the market succkss, and interest rates are decent.

We are definitely looking at the lower end of the prices ....
