Who is the spender/saver in the house?

I'm definitely the spender. Although I do save also, but I've never heard DH say, 'but I really need those shoes/clothes/bag/etc' and if I did, I'd probably be worried

we are both spenders but i am the one who spends on clothes, shoes, etc., he mostly spends $ on food, going out to eat, shopping and best buy, stuff like that. but when we want to we are both very good at saving! we saved for nearly our entire wedding in just 8 months.

We are actually both pretty good about saving, but DH is more strict than I am


....except when it comes to christmas lights - last year he when nuts buying Chrismas lights and when he got home re realized we don't have enough power in our house to light all of them! and we have 200AMP service!

I am the saver DH is the spender too. He is obsessed with name brands and has to have the best of everything (he wants to break our Verizon contract so he can have a IPhone) meanwhile I am skimming through the clearance rack in Marshalls trying to find a shirt for work. He is definetely the big spender!

The pants I am wearing today were $12.99 on clearance in Macy's!!!!! I think dh has on socks that cost more.

i'm a BIG spender! The crazy thing is that DH encourages me to spend! He's amazing

i have a serious spending problem. DH takes care of the bills. he hasn't yelled at me yet so i guess i'm not spending that much!!!

I know! I'm a little nervous to see what happens this year - he's been looking into light boards so he can PROGRAM our Xmas lights and have it go to a soundtrack.

I think my hubby may be crazy

A few years ago my dad was obsessed with THIS HOUSE He made everyone that came over our house watch this clip. he was so proud if it like he did it himself. If your Dh can do it that would be awesome.
Imagine being in that house you would go nuts with all those lights flashing.

He loves that video! I think that's what he's going for

Neither of us are big spenders, but if we had to assign roles:

Spender
Saver

I'm the spender and DH is the saver.. it wouldn't be too bad except that I don't have a job...so DH works and I spend...makes me feel guilty!!! (sometimes)
