long story short--DH and i are DONE with our place and need to find a new one soon. our landlord is nice--but i can't take the plumbing issues anymore.
i totally hate looking for an apartment--cause i feel like you have to decipher the classifieds and the complexes are either in crack areas or waaaaay too much money.
why can't i be rich and just buy a freaking house? grrrrrrr
if anyone knows of any places in the western suffolk/eastern nassau area. preferably towns like bay shore, islip, babylon, lindenhurst, massapequa, farmingdale, melville, etc. please post here or FM me!!!

haha---thanks so much! but unfortunately we want to try and stick with western suffolk/mid suffolk......i appreciate it though!!
s'ok! good luck finding a place. searching is the woooorst I'll let you know if I come across anything. Try craigslist, theres usually some decent sh!t on there

there is avalon court in Melville but for the price you pay there...you might as well buy my sisters co-op in smithtown! however it is a really nice community.
