This is the second guy today. The first guy already finished his climb and was arrested as soon as he made it up. This guy is still climbing.....

not for anything.. I don't care if you hurt yourself, thats the chance you take. However, why inconvienence everyone else? They had 8th ave (i think)closed down completely

It was insane!!!! I was walking and was like- what the he!! are all these people standing around blocking my way for... and then I look up to see what they are all taking pictures of.. and sure enough... 30 stories in the sky- there he is! Freaking crazy!!!! I had to get somewhere so I couldn't stick around to see the outcome- but wow- craziest thing I have seen in a long time!!
