if your job is to transfer calls to this idiot, then keep doing it .... you don't want to get in trouble for transferring all calls to the pres just because the baby boy can't do his job right!

thats not really my job, and i wont get in trouble... the thing is, if he doesn't answer the transfer, then it goes back to me.. so no matter what i look like the idiot when he doesn't answer.

any way you can talk to the pres of the company about this? maybe he could talk with his brother about things?

if not, then i'd just forward calls to him directly ... heck, if it won't get you in trouble, then why not
