well we are doing a first since that's on the way and there is not hous in sight!

but right now we are living in manhattan so a even an apt would probably set us back over a million and well. . . we just don't happen to have that right now so we'll probably move at some point in the future but want to be where we are right now so ..

but I agree that sometimes you choose and sometimes life chooses for you! so many things are different for different folks you know?

Kids come first for us. We won't be able to afford to buy an apartment for a long time thanks to school. And kids are more important to us anyway.
