xpost- what's first for you?

DH and I have been having endless convos about this. We cant really decide if we should wait to have a kid after we buy an apt or vice versa. We have been weighing all the costs and benefits but we dont feel like we know enough about it. We dont want to wait too long to have kids but we havent even started looking for a place yet.

Does it really even matter which comes first? Those who have done it already or are planning to, do you have any wisdom?

well we are doing a first since that's on the way and there is not hous in sight!

but right now we are living in manhattan so a even an apt would probably set us back over a million and well. . . we just don't happen to have that right now so we'll probably move at some point in the future but want to be where we are right now so ..

but I agree that sometimes you choose and sometimes life chooses for you! so many things are different for different folks you know?
