She made the whole process so much more organized and easier than I thought possible. Not only is it a great service, but it is free! Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks was a dream service that I didn't think could exist. All the heavy lifting was done for me and all for free. I had the best experience ever with Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks!!! There was a death in my family the week I got in touch with them and scheduled appointments to visit the hotels. Due to planning funeral arrangements, I had to change the date of my hotel visits. Robyn was so accommodating, patient, and understanding. She didn't make me feel bad or try to rush me. She willingly adjusted to my schedule and moved at my pace. We successfully booked with a hotel I loved and fit my wedding day needs. Robyn worked with me and all the changes I had.
