That is going to be one fun day for both us. You know that we have to get at least one picture and post it, especially if we both wind up going to Aruba too.

Absolutly. My friend Gina went to Aruba about 2 years ago and I spoke to her last night. She told me the Marriott is really good and she said she had a wonderful time. She told me all about the restaurants, where to go to shop, eat, activities, and the nightlife.
I spoke to my maid of honor on Friday and I told her when we get to the hall, pictures will wait, I am eating. She said its going to be one fun long day Since the church is at 4 I told her dont get me up before 10.
I cant wait. Its going to be a great time. My cocktail hour starts at 7. Is that when your reception time starts??

Marcela, I had originally called her last august and she said she was booked...I think she thought i wnated june 03...I figured I should try again, and that was the case...She wanted me to call and make an appoitment for hair and makeup...she didn't specify when though

It's so funny that you girls are getting married on the same day and at the same place!! And you might even go to the same honeymoon spot Great minds think alike I guess. You MUST take a pic together and post it!! I can't wait, it's going to be so exciting!!

Michael & I were looking into either staying at the Marriott or the Radison. If we both are there, we defintinely should meet there too. Yes, my reception starts at 7.

I think if we do aruba, we're going to stay at the Mariott just because we know someone who stayed there and she said her experience was great.
We'll definatly have to meet up sometime to take a picture. My cocktail is from 7 - 8.
Time is going to fly and before we know it Sept 18 will be here

I went to Aruba and stayed at this resort that was really nice. Although I must admit the Marriott was abo****ely beautiful and the restaurants there OMG there are going to have your mouth watering. But be careful cause Aruba can be very pricey

Yeah Melissa. Aruba is basically a dessert so they have to import most of their food. Which makes their meals very costly. You can go down to the little markets and get some cheap souveniers but food wise I would say the average dinner is $30 a person. With high end dinners are ound $75 or $80 a person.

wow thats costly. How is the food though? my friend said there is a great cuban restaurant that has great food and it wasnt too crazy.
FI is a very picky eater sometimes. Give him a hamburger and fries and he's a happy man. LOL

You should ask Jennbaby who is a lover of Aruba. She sent me her Aruba book a while back. Do a search for that subject and it should pop up. If we weren't going to Hawaii, Aruba would be our next choice.

Yes the food is definitely awesome. Well worth it. Maybe it was just when I was there. I mean don't get me wrong I truly LOVED Aruba and everything about it. I just wanted to for warn about the food prices. Everything else is pretty reasonable though. The clubs/drinks and tours aren't bad. We went on a nice tour of the island and had a great time! Great photo's too!

I went to Aruba about 7 years ago... honestly Ive been to much better islands. Well of course it depends on what you want to do. Ive been to better places with nicer beaches. If you love to gamble Aruba is the place to be. I just felt like I had to add that... Other great places: Grand Cayman, St. Lucia, Bonaire...

We're scuba divers so we want to definatly get a dive in and maybe some snorkling. we're both the maybe do some excursions, relax on the beach, have some drinks, good food, great atmosphere and just kick back and relax. Soak in sun, tour the island, and just unwind
