there havent been many posts on the '05 board in the past couple days....you guys are all doing things for your wedding(in real life ) while I am still doing NOTHING! really what is my problem? Why can't I just make some decisions already

I get going in waves...so don't worry...some weeks i'm burnt out and out of ca$h to spend. others i get going and go nuts planning (still don't have the $$ though-haha!) so maybe just relax and put the wedding aside and don't feel bad...realize you have to take breaks, this is a long process.

After a summer break of no planning, it's tough for us to get back into it too. But, we've slowly started and hopefully our invitations will be ordered by next week. What haven't you done so far? Don't worry dress twin, it will all come toegether for you.

my friends brother gor engaged 2 weeks ago they have booked their hall church and got favors already
I booked the hall church dj got my dress and my bm dresses and thats it nothing else

Don't let other people intimidate you. The week after I got engaged, some well meaning friends freaked me out by throwing ideas, e-mails, magazines, and pictures at me. Make a list of what you need to do and by when, and work your way down the check sheet. You'll get through it

should be done soon enuff... and then fun part starts, guest list finalization. favor choices, invites.....bridal party gifts.... yippppppppppeee

Anyway, I was in like super-mode planning the wedding. I got engaged in March-had the hall booked my dress and bridesmaids dresses on order booked my DJ and Videography as well as selected my inivation by MAY!!!
Since then.....NOTHING has been done. I have just begun my hunt for a photographer. Oh man!

We got engaged on April 2. By May 2, we had the hall, church, my dress, photographer, DJ. Since then, we take things much more slowly because I felt like we were flying and missing out on the process. Now, we try to do one thing at a time (though still early since we are both organized and early!) but it has been much more fun.
