I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder, and although I'm on medication for it, I wanted to honestly know....How nervous were you when you were walking down the aisle, and saying your vows. When I think about it now, I cry, and my heart beats fast . Any tips on how to keep my cool, aside from popping a few Valum? Thanks girls.

I worried about being nervous.....but surprisingly, I wasn't....I was just really happy/ FH was very nervous. You have to remember that you are in front of all the people that love and care about you; so if you do get nervous.....its OKAY. If you have anxiety attacks. (I get them too on occasion....remember that this is a HAPPY THING.

I don't even remember anyone in the pews. I just looked at DH the entire time I walked down the aisle.

I thought I was going to be nervous and so emotional but I wasnt at all. I didnt even cry. I was so happy and excited that I was finally getting to marry my DH.

I wasn't nervous one bit the day of the Wedding.
I knew it was going to be great......now The months leading to the wedding.....well, I was a nervous wreck, no sleeping, no eating. Also, it was the only time that my Husband and I ever really fought.
