oh ok, i was just curious...I like learning about different practices of different religions and things like that. Or just learning any new info.

Ha if i had no booze 75 % of fh's family and 25% of my family wouldn't show up.. .Honestly I wouldn't show up IoI

All kidden aside i think its great that you stand your moral ground and not cave in to the pressures of A- typical LI/NY wedding. If i was religious in any way I would be in the same boat as you.

Most of the things I'm not doing are dances...
No group dances (the only exception is electric slide)
No Anniversary Dance (my cousin did this dance and it was really difficult because it was the first big event since my grandmother died, so my sister danced with our grandfather in her place and they left the floor at the year they were married when she died... he said that they would've won if she was still alive... it was tough for my mom and her brother and sisters to watch, so we nixed that one right away!)
I'm still undecided on the bo-k and garter toss... I hate doing it at weddings and I can't imagine I'm the only one, so we'll see.
