I just weighed myself, like everyday..I know that is bad...and I went up a lb!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still doing my regular pionts a day and not even using the extra pionts!!! I am soo mad at myself right now!

I don't go to meetings, just weigh myself once a week and my whole family is on it so it's pretty much a little support group.
So far it's been 4 weeks and I'm down 10 pounds...it would be excellent if I could love 10 lbs every month lol!

question for ladies doing the online ww....if i dont have my allowed points for one day..arent they supposed to overlap to the next day??? or does it add on the points at the end of week??? i have an extra 2 points from monday and i dont think they gave me those points for the rest of the week
