'11 crasher - RSVPs

Hi '10ers! Question for you, since you're all in the thick of RSVP's. Why are people such jerks? Is it so difficult to RSVP on time? Especially when you're...I don't know...the grandma, cousins, etc...? I just don't understand. Besides being rude, it's mean and makes you feel unimportant to them. Sorry for the rant, but I knew you'd all understand.

PS. Incase you didn't know, us 11'ers get so much help from your posts, so thanks!!!!

I'm not sure what the problem is... there is a pre-addressed envelope with a stamp on it and a card that is self explanatory on what to fill out... I think people just don't care.

ETA: This is coming from someone who still needs 28 RSVPs by TOMORROW.

I found that the reason most of our families didnt respond is because we were SUPPOSED TO KNOW that they were coming...

as far as everyone else... people forget... i didnt really read too much into it

YESSS!! I love this. 'Oh you know we are coming' Really? Did I? Then why did I even bother sending an RSVP card with that invitation?

ugh! this is just for my eparty too. the reason I'm getting upset is because its all immediate family. i guess they might assume we should just know, but i still dont like it.

i think for my invites i'm going to put a disclaimer on the rsvp card saying 'Please respond, even if you're the groom.'

75% of our missing rsvps were from my family and his family... My grandma called my mom when she get it and asked if she was the first to respond... my mom was like... you know you have to mail it back right... lol my sister told me she wanted to keep it... I said W T F do you think I want to do with it...
