have you not gotten back ANYTHING from your photographer? that seems like a loooong time!

No . After my honeymoon I asked about proofs and they said they are very busy and the turn around time is about 10-12 weeks. Last Saturday was 12 weeks. DH called them yesterday and said they are working on them but they are very busy. I was really patient this whole time and I am wondering if that is the problem. Maybe other brides were more proactive about getting their proofs and called them more often so they kept putting mine to the side? I don't know.

I'm so sorry. The only way to get results is to keep on top of them. Call them every week. What did it say in your contract?

I think the contract said something about how you have to pick up your proofs within 60 days of the event. But they don't exist yet and it has been 87 days.

i agree. they are making it sound like you are not as important as other ppl. aren't your proofs just as important as any other brides? i'd bother them until you get results!

I strongly agree with this. I would be persistent with calling them.
I think this is way to long to wait for your proofs.

So sorry that you haven't seen your proofs yet, that's ridiculous!!! I'd be on the phone with them every day at this point until those pics were safely in my hands!!!!
Be persistant, it's your $$ and memories that they're playing with here!!

that is really odd, i know some girls on here have them back when they return from the honeymoon. I would say no longer than 4 weeks is acceptable.

I would go there and not leave until you talk to the manager or whoever is in charge. Demand your proofs and mention the 60 days stated in the contract.
