1920's Mafia Theme Wedding. I NEED HELP!

So of course I was psyched when my fiance' finally decided to give some input on the wedding. Of course the only thing he suggested was a mafia (sopranos) style wedding. I feel that since this is the only thing he has contributed to planning and wedding talk, that I should honor his request. But now that I'm starting to plan I'm completely stumped! Any ideas? Please help!

I know this is old but we all search old threads for ideas anyway-it can help someone. I found some stuff from an actual wedding that did a vintagey theme I thought had fun elements.

These are from the same wedding above. They looekd like they had a ball. Everyone came dressed in their intereptation of the period lol. The kid with the tommy gun is hysterical.
