How far in advance did you schedule your first fitting? I orginally did mine 7 weeks ahead (which they told me to do when the dress came in), but they just called and said I should come for the first fitting 4 weeks befor ethe wedding. That seems like it is cutting it very close

Im doing mine at 10 weeks, I think its a bit too soon, but I kind of want to get it out of the way. 6-7 weeks sounds reasonable.
