2 weeks from tomorrow is my wedding and I'm having a favor disaster!

I bought tulle circles to wrap my mini champagne bottles, and they AREN'T BIG ENOUGH! Argh.

Does anyone have any ideas for what else I can use that will not look cheesy?

could you just wrap ribbon (nice organza fabric) in a bow around them?
