finally my wedding year

received tenure

DH received tenure

looked at many houses and didn't get them

got our house

closed on our house

started to remodle our house

became more of a pain in the a** with remodleing!

my BM got engaged

my other BM told me she is preg.

ran into ald boyfriend who told me that he still loves me, thinks I was marrying for money (my DH's a teacher!), thinks I was spreading lies about him (ROTFLAMO!) and said that if DH and I don't work out, me and old boyfriend can get married (WTF?????)

wedding coming closer

had my bridal shower

started the new school year

had my wedding

went on HM

had my friend's wedding (marnles)

BM who is preg. finds out she's having a boy!

and that's it!

Settled in to new house

First nephew was finally born (after 8 nieces!!)

Celebrated 1st anniversary in the Caribbean

Bought a new car

Last BM to finally get engaged

Got promoted to the job I really wanted

BM had a baby boy

Lots of talk about TTC

Celebrated first holiday in our new home

All in all a great year and looking forward to an even better 2003

Cute thread! Here's my wrap-up:

Finally had apartment-warming party

finished my 30 credits above my masters (= more $$$)

got huge raise with new teachers' contract

chaperoned a 2-week trip to Germany with 190 NYC high school students

got engaged on 31st birthday

father and stepmother moved to North Carolina

planned wedding

Though my year was not as exciting as others, I am glad that I still have my health, family, career and most importantly, my soulmate!
