honestly..this was not a post to cause problems and Im sorry if it came out the wrong way but it just seemed as if the 4 of us were the ones who originally got the ball rolling and started the talk to the shower... like it was said before we cant make everyone happy...we are trying to do a nice thing for everyone but it seems as if some people are not happy with it and seem upset and im not really sure why? this is a fun celebration and was not and will not be something where people are excluded! i dont knwo if its just me but it seems liek the same people are unhappy...

I really hope everyone is excited about this and wants to have fun... it is hard to please everyone, but this should be a fun and exciting get together, not a reason to get upset... since I was the one who started the idea on Thursday, I hope it seems appropriate for me to a be a part of the planning... as far as what I am doing, I am in charge of the games part of the day... I have already started accumulating fun trivia about the 09ers so that we can play a trivia like game... I also thought of possibly seeing if our FHs would fill out a quick email survey, so we can play that game as well... but I am open to any suggestions or anyone who wants to help me out - I don't need to be singled out... but I would like to be a part of the planning

this whole planning thing has got completly out of hand! this site is getting completly outta hand! w t f.. i dont understand how ppl who have not been on this site for a month are head charge of planning this there was a bunch of us at our first g2g that had all these ideas and were gonna do something...

Just for the record, I was not trying to be negative or seem unappreciative of the hard work that has already gone into this. All I was saying was that it seemed a bit out of left field...Some may think I am being negative and that;s fine. (next time, just FM me rather than having your friend say it to me in an FM) I am not trying to be at all. I just felt like there were more people (not even myself) who were posting some great ideas and offering their help and they were disregarded. I realy like czaleins ideas about having different ways of helping out. I would be happy to help out in anyway that I can.
I dont think this has to be drama.. A lot of people just want to help and new girls and old girls should all be involved, we can just decide whose in charge of the different committees and thats it.

Why does it care who plans it????? Are the new girls not good enough cause they are new??? I just don't get this board at all!!!!! I didn't know that people who were on here first had more say than others ... and in that case who made that call?
I just dont like how people think because there are new girls they shouldnt be able to plan. I know I have been on since July and yes it has been talked about but nothing has been done. One of a newer girl saw an 08 post about it and said we should do it so we started planning.

Nobody is saying that the new girls don't have as much say as people who were here first but it would be nice if the planning was extended to other members of the 09 board and not just to say this is who is planning and that's that. Other girls have had some very good ideas and offered to help and I feel like certain people are being excluded.
