Ok figured I would start this since I noticed alot of others are starting them and I believe there are 4 of us already and I am sure in the next few months there will be more. We can use this to discuss planning and any questions we have.

I am getting married March 2nd in the Garden Room

We are doing blue and orange. I love the Colors together but also because we are huge islanders fan....and that is actually how we meet so it has a meaning for us

We are doing Navy Blue and White. Its FHs fave colors. We are thinking of doing a lighthouse kinda theme.

Soooooo...... How does blue (turquoise or sky blue), pink (hot pink) and lime green sound???? I want something FUN BOLD but I can't seem to think of a way to put it all together!!!!

Really?? Originally I wanted blue and pink only but there has been so drama about it!!! Ugh!!
Apparently my aunt got married on the same date about 30 years ago (not a happy marriage) and she thinks that I have to make a special announcement on my wedding day that its also her anniversary and that I have to present her with a gift and to make it even worst her wedding colors were blue and pink. That's why I added the lime green to change it up a bit.
What are your thoughts??

Personally, my thought is that it is your wedding day and you can do what you want. You don't have to do anything.....
an idea that you can do is, (what my cousin did when she got married, and we will probably do the same with one of our groomsman)......
Have a song played and then announce it...example, it was my dads birthday at my cousins wedding so they played happy birthday and then announced that it was his birthday and had him come out and dance with the bride.

So you could play a song and ask all of the couples to come out and dance and announce that it is their anniversary......

if they are not married I would just do the same thing, and have her come and dance with the groom.
Just a opinion....

I just blocked the Inn at East Norwich this morning, only because it is the closet to our house and also the swan club. I just wish they provided transportation. But o well.....

Well I don't live in LI yet. I think we might be living somewhere in Massapequa or Farmingdale. Not sure, either way I have to start looking into that.
LOL!

I have the DJ, Photographer and Video, no church. I think we might use the pavillion for the ceremony.
