FH and I are concerned with providing transportation for our OOT guests and I was hoping maybe some of you could help. We were planning to get a limo to our RH for the bridal party only. On the way home, we were planning to use the hotel shuttle to get ourselves, any bridal party members staying at the hotel, and any OOT guests, back to the hotel. We have some friends coming from PA who have always provided a hotel shuttle for their weddings.
However, when I started calling local hotels today, none of them will travel the 9 miles to the RH. So now, are we responsible to provide limo service for everyone to get back to the hotel? Or are there any other options you guys may know of? Please help!! I'm stressing big time about this!!

we are using our limo company (camelot) to provide a shuttle. same price as what the hotel wanted and much more convenient with less hassle.

I think a shuttle from your limo company will work. But I think you have time to book this. I wouldn't book anything until I know how many guests will be staying at the hotel vs. friends/family nearby.

We wound up not providing this service for our guests but my hotel had a shuttle.
Check out bus companies - I think someone on here was able to get a school bus! Also, serenity limo has a big 40 passenger party bus and I think they give a pretty good price if you use it both for the wedding and at night.
Also check out North Fork Bus.

Also try calling some local cab companies some of them have 12-15 passenger vans

I used super shuttle. it was $600 for 33 people to travel 30 min both ways. best deal i could find!

We used Classic Coach
We got a 55 passenger bus to go to and from the reception and then to and from the after party
We paid about $1250 or so

Camelot did our shuttle for OOT guests and everything was great. We also booked them for our limos - they went above and beyond from day one of booking. Def look into Camelot!

Our Hotel did not provide this so we went around price shopping. Camelot helped us so much! Cheap and clean! FM for further details!

this! Unfortunately none of the hotels in the area would provide a shuttle so we had to get out own! I love our limo vendor (Camelot) so I'd rather use them anyway.

You dont have to provide the service but you can check local transportaion places and ask your limo company if they have a van or something.. They might cut you a deal HTH
