I think so e of these comments are crazy and petty. I am guessing that the owner of the company is offering this as a way to solicit girls in using this wine as a favor. Just my thought. I have been a part of many organizations but this cattiness and jealousy is crazy!!
A not going to comment on the part about you calling some of my friends crazy and petty since I'm not one to start to extend drama.
I am sure you are right that the company is doing it to try to get people to use them for favors but then why close it to the 2013 people. There are plenty of girls getting married this October November and December.

The wine actually takes 11 months so that means that it would too late for most of the 2013 brides also... So still does not make sense
Actually they were at the last bridal show LIW had and the longest one takes 11 months but depending on the wine you choose it can take as little as 5 months

And noone's crazy or petty, it certainly seems unfair of CS to offer events to the 2011 girls and the 2013 girls but not 2012. We simply pointed it out, you guys got defensive and started name calling so who's starting drama on your boards?

Do you really think they're going to make the wine specifically for you? No they're going to bottle and label it to order, something they can do for a wedding next week if they wanted.

Learn your facts first. IT'S WINE THAT YOU MAKE! You are involved in the whole process. White wines take 4 months to make and red takes 11 months. Call them up and ask them yourself and find out the facts! That's why it's not opened to 2012 brides!

Yea this company makes the wine.. Custom for each bride. Before you complain about not getting something from a company, find out what the company actually just does.

Mara, thank you for clarifying, I was not aware of the history and unfortunalty I am not able to change that. I did not call any one person crazy or jealous I summized that it's crazy of a situation, or at least that is how I meant it. I do apologize if it came across The wrong way.
As we all know this wasn't a 2013 bride thing; we can't help that CS offered it to us, and I would say a private message to Kim or Ron might make some of you feel better. I think our defense goes up 1- b/c we don't see it as us doing anything wrong, 2- we can not control what is offered to us and 3- it comes across as you feeling as though we do not deserve it.
I am sure it is a marketing thing and we have all wasted a lot of time here for no reason.
Wishing the remaining 2012 brides beautiful weather and a day full of magical moments.

Also some background which I am sure you don't realize but CS hosted a bachelorette party for the 2011 board and then when our year came nothing was hosted. Then we see on the board that they are hosting an event for the 2013 girls in 2012. Kind of a slap in our faces (not by you girls)

We know it is not the 2013 girls doing it and the 2013 girls have done nothing wrong. We have always been here for you girls when you needed help but some of the comments have been down right nasty. We were just saying we wish we had an event like this not that we hoped you girls did not have it.
