I'm sooo bad, I didn't work out today. But I vacuumed the house...I feel like that's gotta count..except I drank beer and ate pizza after...Ahhhhh Back on track tomorrow!!! lol

Maybe it's the weather!! hahaha I was trying not to weigh until the end of the day but of course I got the itch today so I weighed in, clothed and after I had eaten 2 meals and have had tons of liquid and am nervous I didn't lose based on the #! Oh boy, I hope it is a fluke because I am going to be pissed after eating right and doing the gym. Please scale play in my favor tomorrow!

I fell off the wagon big time yesterday...I need to work out today to stay on track but I am so tired already and it's not even quitting time! I'm not sure I will make it! lol

YOU CAN DO IT! That is how I felt yesterday but I did it and felt good. I just kept telling myself its only 30 mins, its only 30 mins. I am gonna be bummed if I didn't lose this week though, hopefully I did. At least my weekend of eating won't make me feel bad after the hard work I did this week

I just did 20 min on the elliptical and I feel great! I've been doing 60 squats and 20 pushups everyday, better than nothing!

I change up going to the gym with using my Wii Zumba lol...I go to the gym 3-4x per week and on the days I don't go, I try to use the Wii game. At first I figured it wouldn't be a 'real workout' but I did the 45 minute intermediate level and it kicked my butt! For anyone who has a video game system, that might be a good way to change up the routine every now and then.

New day ladies...I'm feeling (slightly) more motivated today. I even brought one of my resistance bands to work so I can sneak in some working out when I have downtime. Also I'm watching my twin nieces tonight so I think I will get a workout chasing them around!

That's great! I am going to weigh in when I get home, hoping I have lost! Today is day 5 of diet and day 3 of working out! We go this! I just keep telling myself work hard all week, enjoy on the weekend (not overboard but enjoy)

Hi ladies it's been one week since my surgery and been a really rough week. Everyone seems to be doing great thats awesome keep it up. I still have another week of recovering before I can work out again which is killing me. The only plus is I finally lost a substantial amount of weight I have been trying to loss for the last 5 months lol. I haven't been able to eat much so it an unhealthy loss but it's a loss! I officially am the lowest weight I have been in almost 2 yrs. I am the weight I was when fh and i started dating :D I weighed 143 today. I am really hoping to lose 8 more lbs and praying it stays off after I fully recover lol.I got 33 more lbs to go to my goal. I'm hoping this lil weight loss started a trend for my body lol

I LOST WEIGHT WAHHHOOOOOO!!!!! Scale says I lost 5.4 pounds but I know about 3 of it is like my natural fluctuation so figure I lost 2.4. No matter what it is, I lost weight!!! WOOOOHOOO
