I stuck to my diet all day, drank my 64 ounces of water and started Couch25k and completed day 1! WooOhOoo! Hope this momentum continues!

Today i said enough is enough im fone thinking oc my treadmill, I'm now doing it no more games. Operation Wedding Dress has begun. Tonight I did 1.7 miles and burned 264 calories. I forgot I had crosswalk arms on the treadmill so I used them at times for dumbbells. Various speeds from 3.0-4.0 and various inclines up to 6.0 in 30 minutes and I just got my butt kicked.

I'm not sure of many zero calorie foods, but I know many zero point (WW) snacks.

Celery
Carrots
Sugar Free Jello
Fat Free Cool Whip
Strawberries
(especially love the last two together!)

Actually in Points Plus all fruit and many veggies are zero points...hope that helps!

Good morning ladies!

Nothing like a nice morning run in the rain!
I actually wound up running more than I would on nice days because I woke up earlier.

Haven't lost any more weight but I feel fabulous!

Progress:
12/2012: 163lb
04/2013: 148lb
05/2013: 143lb

Re: 2014 Brides 'Official Weight Loss & Keep It Off' Thread

Great job Chaz, I'm due for a jog this afternoon. Way to stay motivated! It makes me want to follow suit. And yes its very important that its not all about the number, fitness can be measured on many levels, size, inches, respiratory health, muscle tone, posture, even over all mood is an indicator.

But....if we are reviewing our losses I'm sad to say I am at a plateau big time :(

Starting Weight: 225lbs
2/14/13 221 lbs
2/28/13 217 lbs
3/20/13 210 lbs
5/6/13 205 lbs
5/22/13 204.9lbs (Normally I would round this up, but I can't stand that I've been working so hard, and working out and I'm barely losing anything so I'm making that .9 count!! lol)

I feel instantly great after I complete my jog, gotta love those endorphin's lol but over all I'm getting fed up with still not being under 200 :(
Any of you on WW knows about 'Power Foods' well next week I will be beginning a different tracking system, where you eat only powerfoods and don't count points, just eat until you are comfortably full. I want to see if this increases my energy and gives me a kick start. Then next challenge will be The weekend of June 1st, I'm going on a mini vacation with my girls and I'm not sure there is anyway I can avoid over indulging lol...

*edited because I cannot spell to save my life!

I just want to tell you to keep at it. When I was trying to reach my goal weight I was exercising 6 days a week & tracking everything that went in my mouth. I didnt even use my 49 extra points. I have a 9 week, yes 9 week plateau. I was *this* close to quitting and on my 10th week I lost almost 2 lbs! dont quit girl! youve got this!

Don't get discouraged! You are doing great! You have already lost a lot of weight so naturally your body may be a little resistant. I think your plan to mix things up is a good one sometime our bodies need a jolt. I can totally understand your frustration, just keep at it!! I am going to FL for my cousins bachelorette party June 6-10 and am hoping I don't get out of control with my eating. Yikes! One day at a time! Today is day 3 of counting calories and day 2 of couch25k, my body is still sore so I am hoping I can make it through the work out later.
How do you guys work out in the AM and feel energized? After exercising I wana go to sleep lol
