i tried on the sample of my wedding gown again over the weekend when i went with my BMs to get their dresses. back in september, it had to be strapped onto me because it was so small. when i tried it on again, not only did it fit, but it was big on me!!!
i'm so excited because the dress looks completely different on me now that i'm smaller and i can't wait to continue my weightloss journey. i'm going to KILL it walking down the aisle!people aren't going to recognize me!
i was struggling with some dress regret because of my body issues, but now with this progress, i KNOW i made the right decision!
That's AWESOME!! Such a good feeling :)

Idk why it took me so long to join in on this forum lol. Since October 16th, I've lost about 15lbs. I already have my dress and I compared pictures of me in it from when I ordered it to when I put it on recently at the seamstress. It looks so much better now! I want to lose about 30 more pounds. I have a little over 6 months left so I have to put some petal to the medal. I'm currently doing Shaun T's T25 workout, which is amazing and I'll be doing Chalean Extreme starting February. That program says that it helps you lose up to 70% of your body fat so I'm definitely looking forward to it shrinking my body fat percentage lol. Keep up the great work ladies!! Also, if you guys want some health and fitness advice feel free to contact me, I'm a holistic health coach and I'm also a beachbody coach (means I'm a coach through beachbody, who makes products like insanity, p90x, shakeology, etc.). Have a great night ladies!

When the new year started I knew it was time to get serious about loosing weight for my wedding. I am a lifetime weight watchers member but I haven't been the required weight for probably 10 years. I decided to go back at the beginning of the month and so far I am down 5.8 lbs. I am so happy already. I have 7 months till the wedding and I would love to be down another 30 lbs by then. I know weight watchers works I just need to keep motivate and stick to it!!

I'm using this company http://rawgeneration.com/
They are currently offering 50% if you place an order prior to Friday with promocode BRIDE2B50! I went with the skinny cleanse. I've done BluePrint in the past and really liked it, so hoping this will be good too!
I also think you can order it now but request in the notes section if you don't want it until a few weeks/months.

So I didn't lose any weight this weeks and measurements were very minimal only lost a centimeter more on my calf, chest, and upper belly. Everything else stayed the same. I have been eating clean and working out on a consistent schedule for 23 days now. I am a little disappointed but I am not going to let it stop me. I just ordered my dress this past Saturday so it's giving me the motivation to push myself so I look my best in it.

Lost 2 lbs this week. I was shocked. This brought me to my 10% goal. I haven't seen a number this low on the scale since sophomore year in college! My total weight loss is 18lbs since the beginning of November!

If you're working out consistently, you're probably gaining muscle which explains not losing weight. You're doing a great job!
