2015 Venue Suggestions?

Hello!!! FH and I are currently searching for venues in the $60 - 75 price range, either before or after ++ , in Nassau County or even western Suffolk. Our prospective date for the reception is March 14, 2015, and a minimum guest count of 125 guests. So far we've scouted out places in Westchester county and further upstate, but now we're also looking throughout LI. So far we're very interested in taking a peak at Swan Club, Riviera, Bridgeview Yacht Club, Coral House, Douglaston Manor, Milleridge, and possibly Captain Bills in Bay Shore. We'd both greatly appreciate quotes for any of these places, or any other suggestions!! Cheers

Look into the Lessing's venues. I'm not sure if they have their updated price list online, but if you email anyone of them they will send it to you. We are paying the higher end of that before tax.

I am the day before u, fri are a little cheaper than a Sat. out of your list ive only know that coral house, Riviera, and the millerage will be in that price range.

also I would say lessings venues def, sunset harbour ( that's patchgue idk if that's too far) watermill also but that might be too far, Westbury manor I think was $75++ that's all I can think of of the top off my head.

Try Harbor Links in Port Washington. Min was 125pp , and they are very reasonable.

Swan club quoted us 85pp for a Sun in Oct, so I'm guessing they'll be a lot cheaper in March. :)

If you check out Coral House, I suggest speaking with Frank. They are very reasonable and really personable.

March opens you up to more possibilities since it is off season. Bellport is worth checking out, but I'm biased haha

Good afternoon all!!! That you for all of the wonderful suggestions! I got in touch with Riviera and they quotes me $76pp for March 2015, Swan Club wouldn't give me any info over the phone or email, Captain Bills I believe was $110, and Milleridge started at $90. Many of these places I have read lower quotes, as I'm sure there's always room for negotiation with these things. FH and I aren't much good at things like that though lol . We're open to expanding our search further into Suffolk now, as we really don't need the limo except for the transportation from Queens to the reception site, so at least we'd be taking advantage and making good use of it! Any other suggestions or info?? Hope everyone is well and trying their best to stay warm and dry with this crazy weather!!! Cheers!

sunset harbour in patchgue was the only place that gave me th e quote u r looking for!! the east wind, Mediterranean manor, the sterling caterers, and a bunch of the lessings venues have all inclusive package for 10k for 100 people. let me know if u want the link to the full list of all inclusive venue it's too many to type them all out.

I've looked at the Lessings All Inclusive. I'm really interested in checking them out, but I'm kind of skeptical about using vendors of their choosing, even though I really like how much more convenient and easy it would be! Do you happen to have any info on Fox Hollow or Westbury Manor??

FH told me very causally at the Chatuie Briand expo bc they are both scotto bros venues ( sorry spelling) March was 85++ and Westbury manor was 70++ or 75++
75++ comes out to like 92/pp fyi idk how much u are looking st exactly.
there are alot of east wind brides doing the all inclusive idk any lessings brides using thier all include. I am using the sterling caterers all inclusive and I was worried about the same thing su I researched the vendors and v emailed them before I booked. but it had made a huge difference in my stress! so much is done already!

Thank you so much, xBudgetBridex !! Being able to exchange info during this process definitely helps! FH and I both have crazy work schedules working 4-midnights so its difficult to find time to visit places!! A friend of mine mentioned The Watermill, she has done a lot of wedding videography there, and my aunt actually got married at Flowerfield a few years ago. Does anyone have quotes for Jan - March on Friday or Saturday at either of these places?
