Yesterday I was looking at the pictures from my make-up trial and I am NOT liking them at all!!!!
I decided on this vendor because she does airbrush, which I heard was better, lasts longer, etc.
Girls who have done traditional trials did the make-up last? How did it feel? Who do you recommend?

I did both airbrush and traditional, and actually liked the traditional better. The airbrush felt a little weird on my skin.
I had the traditional done at 2:30pm, and it was still on through about 1AM. A little shine came through later in the day, but I have oily skin so that's not unusual. It definnitely was not nearly as shiney as I usually get!

i agree. i hated the way airbrush felt on my skin and it also made me look a little dry or something. i definitely liked the traditional better. andrea from lola loves makeup did my trial and i'm using her for the wedding

I did mine at a Mamaroneck salon. it was traditional foundation
it lasted flawlessly from 10AM when she applied it until 8:30PM when I washed it off
I asked her about airbrush which she does and she said its just personal preference and they both last the same

I had used the airbrush at my sisters wedding and I am using the same makeup artist she did for mine... the airbrush lasted all day on us and it didnt feel heavy at all... when i asked her about airbrush she said it people use it depending on preference, and on their skin... maybe she just didnt do a good job? not sure who you went to... but if you feel uncomfortable see if shed be willing to do another trial with reg foundation... or try someone knew? HTH!
