I just did level 1 for the first time. (FH even did it with me!) I absolutely loved it and it went by so quickly. I am going to be sore in the morning!

I'm almost curious to see what this is all about...but a Pilates class made me throw up once so I'm pretty hesitant to try new things now lol.
