I think you can do it if you use one of the lower twelfth night packages and halo video. Halo is a vendor on the nycityweddings site. We used the highest twelfth night package and halo and our total came to something around $3700 (before tax)

Re: $3,000.00 for pics and video??
It's possible, but it all depends on what you are looking for. I got a quote from Robles Studios for $2,400 plus tax. They dont give you the rights to the digital images, you only get an album with 200 4 x 6 proofs edited in color. One beautiful 16 x 20 portrait in a gold frame [ frame alone has a value of almost $400] 1 8 x 10 custom portrait Each addl proof is $9 [ I thought that was way too much]
You also get two parents albums with 80 4 x 6 color proofs all edited.
3 Edited DVDS
My supervisor hired them for her daughter's sweet sixteen birthday and also they did her niecie's Quince an*os on both parties they did an amazing job with the pictures... no complains there. Her daughters album came out beautiful but I wasnt too crazy about the video. but I also saw another sample video at their store when I met with them and really liked that one.
Also i gotta warn you that they were in the process of updating their price list for 2009 when i got the quote.
FM me if you feel you would like more info in this vendor ...
