I dont have any enemies but I do have one I work with who is jealous as hell. When I got engaged a few days later she came in with a E-ring that she supposedly has had for years but never wore. yeah... ok, looks like it might have been her mothers or something.
When she asked what RHs I was looking at, she had a comment about each one. When I booked the one I did she heard me telling a close work friend about it (who will be invited,) she came over and said that the food wasnt good and she would have to eat before she came to my wedding!!! Excuse me---- I am not inviting you Crazy Lady!!!
I told her 'you wont have to worry about it' and left it at that.

I don't really have enemies but i'd say my brother was one person who didnt seem so happy even though he is. He just doesn't like weddings because he went thru a really rough divorce. When I told him we got engaged he said 'wow, congrats but u guys are crazy'

And then a friend of mine barely said congrats, all she could say was 'I wish my boyfriend would propose to me'

It's been fun reading some of the responses.

Am I out of line to say, I don't care how anyone else felt? And for those shallow folks: my e-ring is his down payment on a Zo6 vette. You do the math!!!!
