I am a Help Desk Support (CSR) so when i am on the phone helping customers (LOL) I am in LIW!!! (i usually work around 45-50hrs per wek... so the whole 40/50hrs I am in here!

Yea but my job has a lot to do with it! because i am on the computer ALL THE TIME... I only deal with customer on the phone... and i have became a multitask person jajaja talkin to them and talkin on LIW!!!!
