OK...so I consider myself somewhat of an expert here...considering I graduated HS in 1986...LOL!!! Yeah, I'm old....
Definately tease the hair up real big...plenty of neon colors...big azz hoop earrings...spandex leggings with those big slouchy socks that we used to layer, those too were usually neon.
Oh yeah...if you could find any 'stone washed jeans' around..you would be totally authentic!!..but I dont think you'll find any of that
