FH and I had to create 2 list for the wedding b/c there were just too many ppl. The A list went out and so far we have rcvd 10 YES and 0 NO. How long should I wait before sending the B list out. RSVP is 3/31/07. Would it be ok to mail them after 3/1/07???
After the dead line I think you should call anyone who did not rsvp you. Then if they say NO you can start on your b list.
Not sure if I can wait until 3/31. We need to let the RH know the final count by 4/6/2007.

Do you have a minimum that youmust meet? We are giving them our minimum number-b/c once we give thema number that is what we pay for, so just in case people are no shows that responded yes we dont pay for empty chairs.
